We are excited to announce the return of “Haunted Sandy Springs”, a night of eerie entertainment to be held on Friday, October 26, 6:00-10:30 pm. This FREE public event takes place at Heritage Green and features live music, psychic readings, fire pit & s’mores bar, face painting (6:30-8:30 pm), and a special movie screening of Hocus Pocus! Be sure to bring your appetite (and your wallet) for S & J’s Woodfired Pizza too.
This year’s event will also feature a costume contest with cash prizes in three categories! Scary or punny – which will you choose?? There will also be a kids category. Costume or no costume, everyone will benefit from $2 beer/wine and $4 “spirit” specials! Beverage proceeds benefit the Heritage Sandy Springs Museum.
For the most daring of visitors, take a walk on one of the Haunted Cemetery Tours featuring the talented thespians of North Springs Charter School‘s Troupe #4389.
Tours include brand new content from previous years, last 60 minutes, and are limited to 18 per group. Some mature content; ages 16+ recommended. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Due to popular demand, we’ve added a seventh tour beginning at 9:30 pm, allowing brave souls to ditch the history and partake in our most haunted tour to-date! All tours will begin in the lower level of the Heritage Sandy Springs Museum. Tickets range from $15-$35 per person. There are six time slots to choose from: 6:30 pm, 7:00 pm, 7:30 pm, 8:00 pm, 8:30 pm, 9:00 pm, and 9:30 pm.
Tour tickets are NOT required to attend the free festivities in the park, but RSVPs are requested.
