Although women were among the earliest settlers within the Sandy Springs area, their stories have consistently been told in the background to men. This year, the Heritage Sandy Springs Museum shines a spotlight on the achievement and voices of women throughout Sandy Springs history in our newest exhibit “Grit, Gumption, and Grace: The Women of Sandy Springs.” Grit, Gumption, and Grace (GGG) will highlight the impact, roles, and accomplishments of women throughout our 150-year history.
